Professor
Arne Jensen

Born 1950 and Danish citizen. Cand. Scient (app. equiv. MSc) in Mathematics and Physics, University of Aarhus, 1976. Lic. Scient. (PhD) in Mathematics, University of Aarhus, 1979. In 1992-93 scientific director for program on Schrödinger operator, Institut Mittag-Leffler. In 1993-1995 Acting Director, Institut Mittag-Leffler. Currently Professor of Mathematics, Aalborg University, since 1988.

Research area: Spectral and scattering theory for Schrödinger operators. Interested in certain classes of inverse problems. Also considerable interests in wavelets, in particular in what the French so aptly call vulgarisation, and in applications.
